I'm Alfie, your Personal Trainer

I have 9 years of gym experience, a BSc & MSc in Sports Science and a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. I also have a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and a Certificate in Strength and Conditioning.
I'm based near Oxford in the United Kingdom.

Personal Training
I now offer hybrid packages, online programming as well as one to one in-person sessions.
For in-person sessions, we'll meet at tfd gym in Grove, Wantage Oxfordshire. You donβt need to be a member, just agree a time for a session with me and check-in upon arrival at the gym.
